 2008年7月29日

“中心”派往英国奥斯特大学读书的中国刑警学院14名学员顺利完成一年的学业回国，并取得学士学位。回国后，他们可在中国刑警学院继续完成最后一年的学业，并获得第二个学士学位。
 2008年7月20日 第三批中国刑警学院刑侦专业10名学生和一位带队老师全部获得签证，同月29日顺利到达英国奥斯特大学。预祝他们顺利完成学业，取得优异成绩！
 2006年12月 最后一批全省财税系统公职人员赴英国学员学成回国，MBA学位授予典礼在沈阳举行。
MBA graduation ceremony for the last group of Liaoning financial and taxation employees was held in Shenyang after their one-year UK study.
 2006年8月 中国刑警学院第一批警籍学员全部获得签证，顺利赴英续读本科学位。
First group of CCPU police students went successfully to UK for 3rd year Criminology /Criminal Justice study
 2005年4月 派全球排名前20位的澳大利亚墨尔本大学签署合作协议，成为该校在东北唯一正式代理。
LIEC signed first agreement with the University of Melbourne, the top world 20, making LIEC the only UM representative to date in Northeast China.
 2004年5月 为抚顺石油化工大学与英国爱丁堡大学嫁接成功“3+1”电子工程专业合作项目。为中国刑警学院与英国奥斯特大学成功设立了犯罪学、心理学“2+1+1”本科合作项目。

 2003年4月 派往日本神奈川县的2名研修生通过了日本技能鉴定考试，获得了二级工厂板金技能使称号,这是外国研修生在日本首次获此殊荣。
Two LIEC trainees in Fukuoka, Japan achieved Class B Award in technical competence, a special and hard-to -achieve honor for all foreigners 
 2002年7月 与辽宁省实验中学合作创办英国奥斯特大学预科班，为首期19名学员100%获得赴英留学签证。
From the University of Ulster Foundation program jointly operated through LIEC with Liaoning Experimental Middle School, a top provincial high school, the first batch of 19 students smoothed their way into degree studies in the UK
 2001年8月 为辽宁省税务专科学校中加合作班19名大学在读生办理赴加留学签证，签证率为100%。
Assisting Liaoning Taxation College’s Year 2000 students in achieving 100% visa success rate in their transfer studies to Canada 
 2000年8月 派出全省首批60名财务系统公务人员赴加拿大蒙特利尔大学，英国奥斯特大学攻读MBA学位。
 LIEC cosponsored in great success with Liaoning Finance Dept in organizing 60 financial and taxation employees to Canadian and UK universities for tailored MBA /MPA programs which continued for six consecutive years 
 1999年8月 协助省委省政府成功地向美国派出了首批30名政府公务员MBA学位攻读项目----启动了全省连续三年的公务员高层次，高学位培训计划。
Successful accomplishment in assisting Liaoning Provincial Government’s establishment of custom-designed MBA group program in the USA for Liaoning senior public servants
 1999年5月 作为东北地区重点留学机构，接受国家有关部门的调研，考查，为拟定2000年全国留学市场，留学中介的规范管理条例提供了借鉴。 
National Education Ministry officials came to LIEC, a key and pioneering student recruiting agent in Liaoning, to make preliminary studies before drafting national regulations and issuing agent licenses throughout China in year 2000
 1998年1月 首创---向加拿大成功直派15名高中生，七月份再度成功派出30名高中生，签证率100%----拓开了向加拿大成建制派遣高中留学生的大门。
 1997年6月 首创---由美国成功转办29名高中生进入加拿大萨斯彻温大学留学，签证率100%。
LIEC’s first kick-off in transferring 29 high school graduates to University of Saskatchewan in Canada, a prelude to endless stream of students to other Canadian partner institutions in the ensuing years
 1996年8月 成功实施赴美留学“333工程”，即派遣30名初，高中留学生，30名初中夏令营生，100%获得签证。
LIEC’s “333 Projects” successfully conducted, i.e. 30 exchange students; 30 degree-oriented students and 30 summer-camp students, all sent to USA which triggered the current nationwide Study Abroad Boom
